Ken Booster

| Ken is the founder and president of BooCo Construction. Previous to starting BooCo, Ken worked as a subcontractor, general contractor and owner’s representative, giving him a well-rounded perspective to run a company. BooCo’s success comes from living one of Ken’s most basic values: “Do what you say you are going to do”. A graduate of Oregon State University’s Construction Engineering Management Program, Ken has 20 plus years of construction management experience. |

Ella Potter
Office Manager / Corporate Secretary |
| Ella was BooCo Construction’s first employee and is a big reason for our success. She started her construction career over 18 years ago in the accounting department of a large commercial general contractor in her home state of North Carolina. She moved to the Pacific Northwest over 12 years ago and was a senior project assistant for a local contractor before joining BooCo. Her experience with both accounting and project support provide her with a unique insight
into what is required for a successful combination of all departments. |

Joe Vlastelicia
Sr. Project Manager / Safety Director |
| Joe has spent most of his 20 plus years in the construction industry with large international companies where he started as a field engineer and moved up to senior project manager. Joe brings a vast array of pre-construction and project management experience to BooCo including retail, K-12 schools, higher education, business parks, medical, multi-family and hospitality projects. Joe has a Construction Engineering Management Degree from Oregon State University and
is also a LEED Accredited Professional. |

Mike Clift
Project Manager |
| Mike is a 24-year veteran of the commercial fixture industry with experience in manufacturing, installation and project management. He moved up though the ranks to become a project manager. With his extensive knowledge of this specialized field, he now oversees all fixture installation projects at BooCo as well as a few general contracting projects. Mike has continued to increase his knowledge over the years by attending seminars and classes from both NASFM and Visual
Manufacturing. |

Kyle Herbel
Project Manager |
| Kyle began his construction career in the field as a carpenter and was quickly promoted to superintendent. After several years in the field, Kyle advanced to project engineer and then project manager. Kyle joined BooCo in 2004 as a project manager with 10 years of experience managing grocery retail, restaurant, tenant improvements and mixed-use developments. Kyle has a bachelor’s degree from Walla Walla College with a minor in aviation. |

Tone Gibson
Project Engineer |
| Tone has been assisting in estimating and project management for both wood fixture installation and general contracting jobs for the past five years. He brings to the table knowledge of the design, manufacturing and installation of all types of architectural case work. His high energy and can-do attitude are a great asset to BooCo and our clients. |

Kevin Elden
Service / Shop Manager |
| Kevin has over 23 years of experience in commercial fixture manufacturing, installation and repair. In addition to managing the Service Department at BooCo, he also manages the warehouse, shipping / receiving and building maintenance. Kevin developed and maintains the company tool inventory and handles all corporate equipment and materials purchasing. |
