Ken Booster
President
Ken is the founder and president of BooCo Construction.  Previous to starting BooCo, Ken worked as a subcontractor, general contractor and owner’s representative, giving him a well-rounded perspective to run a company. BooCo’s success comes from living one of Ken’s most basic values: “Do what you say you are going to do”. A graduate of Oregon State University’s Construction Engineering Management Program, Ken has 20 plus years of construction management experience.
 
Kyle Herbel
Senior Project Manager
Kyle joined BooCo in 2004. He offers 15 years of commercial Project Management experience in both new construction and remodeling/tenant improvements. Kyle thoroughly understands the demands of restaurant, retail, grocery retail, and mixed-use development projects and offers an extensive track record in bringing jobs in on schedule. One of the aspects he enjoys most about his job is finding creative solutions to complex projects, while building consensus with owners, architects and subcontractors. While Kyle understands the demands of a tight budget, Kyle is driven to produce quality projects, no matter what size the job. Kyle holds a bachelor's degree from Walla Walla College and continues to keep up with changes in the construction industry.
 
Ken Cohrs
Project Manager
Ken has over 15 years of construction management experience that includes new commercial construction and renovations, mid-rise mixed-use buildings, and telecommunication construction. He started as a project engineer and advanced to project manager and regional manager. He has experience in both the owner's representative and general contractor roles which provides valuable insight on the relationship and responsibilities of each team member. Ken has a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University.
 
 
Curtis Stefanowicz
General Superintendent
Curtis started his career in construction as a carpenter almost twenty years ago. He moved up rapidly through the ranks on the job site and offers extensive experience managing crews. Curtis has worked as a Superintendent for BooCo for the last eight years. He offers our clients a vast knowledge of commercial/retail construction and has a terrific reputation for bringing jobs in on time and on budget. His leadership skills and his willingness to find a resolution to the daily challenges of his projects endear him to both clients and crews. He is passionate about construction and this enthusiasm translates to every job he works on.
 
Tone Gibson
Project Engineer
Tone has been assisting in estimating and project management for both wood fixture installation and general contracting jobs for the past five years. Tone's high energy, sense of humor and can-do attitude are a great asset to BooCo and our clients.
 
 
Nicki Martin
Office Manager
Nicki Martin is the newest member to the BooCo team. She started at BooCo Construction, Inc. in 2009 as a Project Assistant where she learned BooCo systems from the ground up. Recently, she was promoted to Office Manager. Nicki understands the demands of commercial construction and provides superb support to both the office and field staff. Her experience in heavy equipment operation also gives her a unique understanding of on-site challenges. Combined with her "Can do attitude" and infectious personality, Nicki is a joy to work with.
 
Kevin Elden
Service / Shop Manager
Kevin has over 23 years of experience in commercial fixture manufacturing, installation and repair. In addition to managing the Service Department at BooCo, he also manages the warehouse, shipping / receiving and building maintenance. Kevin developed and maintains the company tool inventory and handles all corporate equipment and materials purchasing.
